Thanks to Maureen Higgins Seifert, we know this from her transcriptions of the gravestones at Stahler cemetery. I am writing to ask whether a subscriber would be interested in taking a photograph of that headstone and, perhaps, also an impression of Catherine's name and the date of death. I would be happy to cover reasonable costs for mileage and time. Thank you, in advance, for any assistance or pointers offered. The Ludwig line that I am researching (for my husband's family) relates to Samuel [1801-1872] and Lewis J. [1828-1909]. Both men migrated from Pennsylvania to Lockport c.1830s. Later, Lewis moved on to, first, Ohio, and eventually, Michigan. Cheers, Alison
