I am so excited to meet you! Christian, B: 1853, and killed by the train, is my GG Grandfather. My G Grandfather was his son, William Herman Christian Proefrock. My grandmother is still alive in N. Tonawanda and remembers when Christian was killed. It was the only time she remembers seeing her dad cry. I have a similar story from another newspaper. I look forward to interacting with you some more and sharing stories. I have more on my own database than what I put on Ancestry.
