I am from Arkansas My husband grew up in Lockport NY. In visiting relatives in Lockport NY I have had, maybe, 5 Beef on Wecks in my life. Of course with a COLD beer, or two or three...... and the thought of a Beef on Weck makes me quiver with desire!!!!!! Ha Patty
