I wrote a letter to Mr. Bruce Fredrickson, Lockport City Historian on Thursday, October 05, 2000 regarding Civil War Pension records I was in hopes that he might have. I did not send any money, however including a SASE. I have not heard from him....should I resent my letter and include check? Suggestions appreciated. Thanks Sue D.
