MILLER, late of said town (Amherst, Erie co., NY) deceased on the 31st day of July 1857 and that eighteen months and upwards have expired since such appointment. That to the best of their knowledge and belief the following named persons, with their ages and places of residence, as far as they can be ascertained by your petitioner, are all the persons interested in the settlement of the accounts, to wit: LYDIA MILLER, resident of Niagara County, N. Y. JONAH KORN, JACOB KORN, JOHN KORN, and HARRIET KORN, residents of the town of Goshen, County of Elkhart and State of Indiana, all aged under 21 years; JACOB K. MILLER, a resident of town ???
