Dates of birth from early 1800's through mid 1900's. Siblings William, John & Mary Ann are believed to have come from England circa 1850. William's children were William Jr. & John Henry. William Jr.'s children were Anna Laura, Mary Ellen, Rosamond Belle, and Minnie. John Henry owned Gould's Greenhouses. John Henry's children were Tillie, Louis, Lola Katherine and Charles John. I have found many of these Goulds in the Hartland Central Cemetery, and Mary A., wife of Philip PENFOLD in LeValley Cemetery on Pearson Rd, Middleport. Some surnames by marriage are OSMONT (or OSMOND), HODGINS, FAIRBARN, PENFOLD, BAYNE, DEWEY, ULRICH. Mary Ellen, born in Niagara County, was my great-grandmother. She married John Hodgins of Gwillimbury, Ontario, Canada, but I have no clue as to how they got together. It is quite possible that some relations settled in Canada.
