I know absolutely nothing about the PRATT lines (so don't ask me more :)) but when looking for my Stevens family who may have come from CT to VT to Niagara Co to Knox Co, OH, I have seen referrences to Pratts around New Milford CT in 1770s so you may want to try there. There seems to have been some kind of migration after the Rev War from CT to VT to NY to OH and directly from CT to OH. Would like to know more about the migration patterns myself!!!
