I Timothy Paige, of the City of Lockport in the County of Niagara, and State of new York, of the age of eighty-eight years and being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my last Will and testament in manner following that is to say. First, my funeral expenses and all debts, shall be paid. Second, I give and bequeath to my daughter, Susan P. Whiting and her heirs and assigns forever the two lots on Pine Street on which my house stands, and two lots on John Street, being the same lots that were willed by my late wife Mary M. Paige, to me with all furniture contained in said house and all my personal effects of every name and nature, also all my moneys, bank stock, and notes, except to my grand children, Ida W. Williams, Bessie B. Whiting, and Bernard F. Booker, each the sum of one hundred dollars, and to my great-grand-children Florence Williams, Lucia W. Williams, Beatty B. Williams, Chas. W. Williams, Agnes Myuter, and Emily Myuter, each the sum of one hundred dollars. I will and bequeath to my grand-child, Ida W. Williams, my gold bowed glasses and case. I give my gold-headed cane to B.J. Williams. The sabre given to my son W. W. Paige, I give to his son George Paige. I also appoint Susan P. Whiting my sole Executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 31st day of October AD 1887. Timothy Paige The above instrument, consisting of one sheet, was at the date there of declared to us by Timothy Paige the testator therein mentioned, to be his last will and testament, and he at the same time acknowledged to us, and each of us, that he had signed and sealed the same, and therefore, at his request, and in his presence and in presence of each other, signed our names thereto, as attesting witnesses.
