Burd of the City of North Tonawanda in the County of Niagara and the State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say: FIRST.. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. SECOND. I give and bequeath, forever, to my adopted daughter Sarah Tussing, of Tonawanda, Erie County, N.Y.,all the real property of every kind and description that I may own or possess at the time of my death. THIRD.. I give and bequeath, forever, to my said adopted daughter Sarah Tussing, all of my household furniture of every kind and description, that I may own at the time of my death. FOURTH. I give and bequeath, forever, to my step daughter Addie Adams, of North Tonawanda, Niagara County, N.Y., my automobile. FIFTH.. I give and bequeath, forever, to my grandson Daniel Horan, of Tonawanda, N.Y., my motorboat. SIXTH.. I give and bequeath, forever, to my daughter May Horan, of Tonawanda, Erie County, N.Y., and to my son Willian L. Burd, of North Tonawanda, Niagara, N.Y., all the rest and remainder of my property of every kind and description that I may own or possess at the time of my death, they to share and share alike. LASTLY. I hereby appoint my said stepdaughter Addie Adams, executrix of this my Last Will and Testament; hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
