It was owned by Philip's brother in law George W. Westerman and his brother James Westerman. When James died in 1884 Calvin Sutliff came to manage the company, who was married to one of James' daughter - Ida. Calvin later became mayor of Lockport. ANy information on any of these people is of interest!
