They also have several Niagara County villages/cities. The library is located in the same building as the Niagara County Historical Society (this is not the same as the Niagara County Historian.) The Genealogy Society is all volunteers, the Historical Society has a paid curator, and the County Historian is a county employee who happens to be an expert on the county history. Ellen Colangelo
