Smith Sr (died June 1924 in Lockport owned English Chop House, later Jake Stoll's Chop House), son Hugh P. SMITH, living in Lockport in 1924, former Chief of Police, daughters Catherine Smith MAHANEY, living in Lockport in 1924; Rose Smith, Lockport; Nellie SMITH RHONEY, Niagara Falls in 1924. Edward was born in town of Lockport in 1850, but family moved to Royalton in 1852. Edward, and most likely Hugh returned to Lockport in 1875. Edward may have married a woman named Kate, then definately a woman named Mary A. He had four sons Edward Jr, Austin, Albert and Herbert. Hugh married Annie Flynn and his daughter married a Foltz.
