I too am having difficulty locating anything on any of my Roy relatives. My great grandfather was Earl Stanley Roy. He married a Maud May Traver. They lived in N.Tonawanda, NY and surrounding area (Wheatfield, Sanborn, Niagara) most of their lives. I have been able to trace the Traver line back to the Westlakes but I am stumped by the Roys! I have info on my father (Donald Winfield Roy Jr - no siblings) and my grandfather (Donald Winfield Roy Sr. - one brother, one sister) but have not found anything on Earl Stanley (?? siblings). Earl was born in Sanborn, NY in 1874. If you find any info about Roys in Niagara please let me know and I will do the same for you.
