Her mother, Florence Irene Mallette and her grandparents, Alfred and Florence "Smith" Mallette, lived in the Niagra Falls County area. Her grandfather, Alfred Mallette, owned a small cab company in the 1920's to 1930's. We're not sure of the name, but he would travel into Canada. He left, looking for gold in Alaska, and was never heard of again. Her mother, Florence Irene Mallette, eventually married Harold Joseph Ingham, from Buffalo. They met in school in New York.
