Niagara Falls, Sept. 12 - Niagara Falls was started by another suicide this afternoon. This latest victim to Niagara's fascination did not elect the water route over the falls, but leaped from the lower or railway steel arch bridge to certain death in the wild waters of the whirlpool rapids. His name was John WHYBRA, a resident of this city, and man of family. He was a coachman in the employ of the Miller & Brundage Company. "He was passed upon the bridge shortly after 4 o'clock.
