To anyone who is willing to help in Lockport, NY: I am attempting to locate a Rhoda and Wheeler Oviatt, (Ovitt, Ovid, Orcutt, Ovaitt, Ovitte, ) who lived in Royalton/Lockport, NY in the 1840's to the 1850's. According to records from the Church Of God in either Lockport or Royalton, NY, Wheeler was ordained as a minister and his wife, Rhoda Cornish, was baptized along with her brother, William? Cornish during the time periods listed. I am hoping that more of these church records might be available and there might be someone I can contact to check them out for me. The ones that I saw were in the Lockport Historian's Records. I know that they had daughter's Lodisa and Rhoda Anne who died and were buried in a Royalton, NY cemetery.
