    3. thank you Cynthia I myself have 2 British Home Child both my gg's Wm Collins 13, 1871 and Caroline Couzens 8, 1872 both from W Ssx (no didn't know one another) came with Maria Rye ()no records so a friend and I have created the M Rye database soon to be on the LAC in Ottawa. And the person I'm doing this research for has 2 also. He lives in England and didn't have any success so I'm now trying. Someone did a lookup in the State Marriage Index in Buffalo Clerks office (I think) I was hoping he was still on the list and would help me again Time will tell thanks for taking the time to respond Hope you are not near San Diego - I have a friend I just met thru email who does live there - she was up my way in Lewiston NY for a school reunion when we had lunch together - went home got pneumonia (she has COPD) and now fumes from the smoke. She hasn't had to leave her house and I think things are getting under control now. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, October 25, 2007 1:12 AM Subject: Re: [NYNIAGAR] Marriage Indexes > Gail: I had somewhat a similar situation.
