    3. In the 1884 National Gazetter of the US there is listed Randall Road, N.Y., p.o., Niagara co. This link shows a1895 Niagara Co. map with Randall Road between Wilson & Ransomville. http://www.livgenmi.com/1895/NY/County/niagara.htm This may be your "Randalls Corner".
