I have a 1970 Niagara Falls, NY City Directory at home and took a peek at it tonight. There are 3 Leggetts listed in the directory, but none of them are Joseph or Stephanie.Is it possible that they lived outside the area and your mother came to The Falls to give birth to you? I would be glad to look further for you if you'd like. I do charge for my services ordinarily, but I would spend a couple hours looking at no charge.
