I was born Kimberly Ann Leggett 7/21/69 in niagara falls medical center...my mother was Stephanie Starks and my father is listed as joseph hubert leggett. My father had a sister name catherine and a brother named Red. My mom left him when I was 3 and I never met him or anyone in his family. I don't even know if they remember or know about me. I beleive my father passed away around 1992 maybe in a VA hospital. I would love to have any information on anyone who may know the Leggetts.
