I have a census that shows them living in Lockport, New York in 1860. If anyone can tell me about where they may be buried or anything else that someone may have come acrossed or if someone can help me go in a direction which will be helpful I will appreicate it very much. John H. Dewey Sr. and Suzannah had 4 children: John H. Dewey Jr. b. 1842 m. Susanna BENTON Eleanor b. abt. 1844 Richard b. 1848 Never married James b. 1853 m. Jennie ? All in Lockport, New York John Jr. and Richard wound up in Michigan and that is where they stayed. Most of the kids in Susanna Bentons family were born in Lockport. The older ones in England. I suppose it is possible that the two families knew eachother in England and came to America together. Thank you for any help available!
