I know this is not the NY City list, but don't belong to it, so thought I would at least ask here. I am in need of information about a man who was a Dr. in New York---not sure where in the city. It seemed to me that I remember reading about a place where a person could write and ask for info about a Dr.--no matter where they lived or worked. Does anyone out there know anything about that? I wish I could remember the particulars---or where I read it!!! I guess I am having a senior moment here!!! I would truly appreciate any advice any of you might give me.
