    3. Would anyone have Alexander BOWMAN and wife, Ann WEBB's descendants on their tree? Alexander BOWMAN's parents were Henry and Sarah Ann of Johnson Creek. Alexander and wife lived in Somerset for a few years after they were married abt-1865, then moved to Jackson, Michigan. Their children all born in Michigan: Henry, born Sep 1869 Harriet "Hattie" born 10Mar1872 married Fred SPRING, they lived in Middleport, then Royalton before "she" moved to Michigan Lottie, born 25Jul1879, married ...?...COLLINS, they had a child, Gladys, born in 1910; a 2nd marriage in 1913 to Charles Tyndell; a 3rd marriage to ....?....ACKERMAN

Erastus married Elizabeth Freeman on 24 October 1848 and shortly after the marriage, they went to Lockport, New York. In 1868 they came to Waverly, Bremer County, Iowa and settled there.     3. Thanks, Dick, I got a reply from someone else as well, and it seems that this Harvey went to MI and died in 1901. The Family Search Pilot program has a death record for him, and his parents aren't anywhere near who I had hoped they would be! I'm not sure this is the correct Harvey, but in lieu of any other information, guess I need to accept it. I do not have easy access to the 1855 NY censuses. The closest LDS library to me is in Bennington, and it is sooooo tedious to order microfilm from them and then wait for the film to come. It's over an hour trip each way. I believe this is the Harvey Herrick who was age 35 in the 1850 census, living in Hopewell, Ontario Co., NY; this makes him born about 1815; and Caroline Kent, age 24, born about 1826, also living in Hopewell in the 1850 census. In 1860 they are living in Lockport, Niagara, NY, Harvey is age 40 and Caroline is age 36. With them are two sons, William Herrick, age 4 and Frank H. Herrick, age 1. Can anyone tell me anything about the ancestry of Harvey Herrick? Or death dates and places for Harvey and Caroline as well as more information on the sons and any other children they might have had. LOL The 1855 census for Niagara county exists and it would say what county, state or country the person was born in. It also shows how many years resident in this particular town in 1855.
