I've 'rescued" an old photograph of Frank DONNATIN which was taken at the Otto Sarony Co. Studio in New York City. The photograph is dated Feb 12, 1907 with Frank likely in his 40's or 50's at the time it was taken. Based on limited research I was able to locate Frank in the census records of New York as follows: 1880 census of Brooklyn, NY: Ellen CONKLIN, age 64, a widow, born Ireland, Keeping House, parents born Ireland Frank DONNATIN, Son-in-law, age 26, born NY, a Furniture Store Clerk, parents born France/Prussia Ellen DONNATIN, dau, age 26, born NY, Keeping House, parents born NY/Ireland I am hoping to locate someone from this family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to their care.
