Sorry for Cross Listing but not sure if Brooklyn was considered NY in the late 1800's Margaret CORNEY, date could be birth or christening, 24 March 1887. Could be east side of NY or Brooklyn. In 1889 The family was in Toronto, Canada where last children were born.. On 1901 Census, Jane CORNEY is living in Brooklyn, with children Mabel Corney, Margaret Corney, Edward Corney and Lilian Irene Corney. Rest of family was in Toronto ON Canada. Am unfamiliar with what is available for 1883 to 1900 vital statistics online. Is there a site to check to see if birth registered in order to order certificate? Appreciate any assistance and information. pic
