It means you are paying over forty dollars a month for something that only cost's 29.95 a month if billed monthly and even less if you took out an annual subscription and paid in one lump payment. Monthly $29.95/month after trial I wouldn't say that that price is a discount. I pay 40 something a month for a year round subscription- a bit more than paying for the entire year.
