I have just obtained a deed for a parcel of land situated on Fifth Ave , facing Central Park, between 59th St. and 60th St. It is 50 feet south of 60th and then 25 feet south towards 59th and then 100 feet deep towards Madison Ave.It was purchased by John H. Ryerson and his wife Catherine R. dated, October 18, 1867. They paid $20,500.00 for the parcel. Can anyone tell what is located there now. Possibly an address.
