Hi, It appears to be Manhattan, 425 East(?) 31st Street # 367, it was taken on January 16th, 1920. It looks like Arthur age 40 from NY, Annie 36, from Norway, Naturalized, Robert,age 12, Ralph(?) age 9 and Peter age 5. Looks like Arthur my be a painter? Hope this helps!
