She was predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Christine Biles; brother, Irvine Biles; and a nephew, Dale Bryant. She is survived by her sister, Margaret Bryant; brother, Joseph Biles, both of Greene; nieces and nephews, Marlin Drake, William Bryant, Mariellen Gordon, Carol Palmer, Diane Glick, Walter Biles, and Betty Aliamo; and by many friends in the Greene community. During WWII, Marian was employed by Ansco Photography in Binghamton. After WWII, Marian and her father operated a poultry business in Greene. She was a 4-H leader for many years. Marian was an active member of Highland Park Alliance Church in Greene, and taught Sunday School for many years. She was family historian and genealogist. She was one of the founding members of the General John Paterson Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution of Whitney Point. Private services are by Root Funeral Home, 23 N. Chenango St., Greene.
