Does anyone know how I might track down records of a WWI veteran who was in the neuropsychiatric unit of the Suffolk County Veterans Hospital in 1930? He was a second cousin of my mother's, and I suspect a victim of shellshock (now known as PTSD). Given the limited care in those days, he probably died in the hospital. Diane
