How are things out West?. In reference to your latest post, Do the Boy Scouts in your area provide you with the flags?. Or is there a sort of ceremony that involves their participation. I had a troop for years, eons ago and we did not do anything like that. We sponsored groups in the schools and churches but our budgets did not include buying stuff and distributing same. Rather we were always looking for donations same as the Girl Scouts, like selling cookies etc. Recognize your input anywhere.
