I don't have a record of Philip Miliband, I imagine he could be a relation of Sam's, so yes, please, if you have time to look this up I would be very grateful . Can I help you with any UK records from Ancestry or the Essex discs I have? I wonder if I could ask for the guidance of your expertise re US records once again as I am woefully ignorant of these? Am I correct in thinking that a naturalization petition would be Miliband's application for US citizenship and would the Petition state if the application was successful and citizenship granted?
