I've "rescued" an old photograph identified as Billy MCGEE which was taken at the Falk Studio on Broadway in New York City, NY. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's with Billy likely about 3-4 years old at the time. I am hoping to locate someone from Billy's family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of family.
