About two weeks ago my computer started printing out census records from ancestry in red; also it is doing it with photos. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions as to cause? I am not out of black, but now I am nearly out of red. Sue
Does your printer have a clean cartridges option? Your black may be clogged. Sue, I would suggest you remove your color cartridge, insert a new one, and clean and align your print heads. frank in Alabama ----- Original Message ----- From: Sue Maxwell To: nynewyor@rootsweb.com Sent: Friday, October 17, 2008 15:44 Subject: [NYNEWYOR] census records printing in red About two weeks ago my computer started printing out census records from ancestry in red; also it is doing it with photos. Hi Sue Replace your color ink and it should be alright, some of your color is out. I have had it happen to me a lot, I usually let it run that way until it gets where I can not read it and I also save the information to My Documents where I can print at a later date. But now I no longer have access to ancestry or any of the other paid sites because of the lack of money. Thank you until we talk again, peace be with you and yours. Theodore R.
