Hi, I am new to this list and new to searching records in New York City. Could someone please tell me how I can obtain an obituary for a person who died in New York City on July 26, 1952. I have written to the NY Public Library. They don't do searches for obituaries. Any suggestions as to how I can find the obituary would be very appreciative.
