Nothing has changed with MUNI Archives collections, holdings or BMDs, other than more than doubling the price 7 yrs ago, oh, and charging for mailing...$2.50 for one trifold certificate. DOH has yet to comply with forwarding "historical" years of BMDs to the Archives. This appears to be an apple political football.
