I signed up, but I think it is just a way of putting your family on line, maybe like rootweb. I doubt that I will use it- I can't ever remember what the site said when I first read about it. Have to go back and look, have been so busy. There is an obituary for Earl in the NY Times. If you want the obit e mail me at rdpiet@aol.com . Bob am trying to find the family of an Earl Jonathan Hadley, whose address in 1957 was 122 East Seventieth Street, New York, New York 21, New York. Mr. Hadley wrote a letter to the Clerk of Chatham Co., Savannah, GA on July 25, 1957 requesting info on the Putnam/Carnochan/Walker families. I have much of the info he requested and more. I would like to locate other members of his family and swap information. I am no relation, but I am writing a book on the family and am in contact with other family members. Hi- I am presently co-authoring a book about my grandmother. Hi Does anyone know if there was any Lutherine Churches around Delancy St in 1860? Or any churchs in that area? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Mary in VA
Is there a source where I could find what streets were in the different wards for the 1810, 1820 and 1830 censuses. I have addresses for my ancestor, but with a surname of Smith, hard to decide which one is he in the various censuses. Since I know where he lived, if I knew the wards, I might be able to narrow down my choices. -- Pat Connors, Sacramento CA http://www.connorsgenealogy.com
