The COMPLETE 1880 census and census INDEX is available for $49.00 from the Church of Latter Day Saints (LDS - Mormon) call toll free 1-800 537-5971. It consists of 50 CDs, in a nice binder, complete with the viewer program. You can search by multiple fields. Mine arrived two days ago and I've been having a ball! Having spent as much for incomplete partial indexes from assorted groups, compounded now by get rich quick "membership only" web sites offering a lot less and charging MUCH MUCH more. This is the best bargin available and you can't beat it with a stick. Warning if you do ordeer this plan on not getting much sleep! Dave (in PA)
