With the outstanding assistance and cooperation from two of your Neighboring friends from the County of Columbia, It has become apparent that my family Genealogy is moving back in time, and to your county. Evidently listing a George Lant and a Elisabeth Paddock and a marriage date of 4 Jan 1821 and in The Reformed Protestant Dutch Church in Nassau, Rensselaer NY. I have very little info on George and Elisabeth ( Betsey) such as Deaths, children or ???, I do know that George had a least one son Peter Lant, but that's all I know on the kids. One small note, It may be that George died and his wife may have married a-- Abram. Hauver in Wayne county, City of Marrion. indications are that she may have, but I have very little info on that at this time. I respectfully request your assistance with family info that may relate to George Lant, Wife-- Elisabeth Paddock and family members. The Son ( if my info is correct) was Peter Lant ( Spelled in Census of 1850 Lunt. Peter Lant ( Lunt) and Wife Julia Hauver are listed in the 1850 Census in Wayne County, City of Marion NY. Peter's age is listed at 29 and Julia or ( Elizabeth) 26 and the two of them were born in NY. If you can offer assistance in my family search, Please respond. My sincere thanks to friends of Genealogy and for your assistance to people like me. Peter and Julia were my GGG Grandfather and Grandmother and if info is correct George and Betsey were my GGGG grandparents.
