Time period abt. 1700-1800s. Have found some information indicating Peter Caverly, Mosqueta Cove LI.; Joseph Caverly, Oyster Bay; Peter Cavalier. Looking for any details that my help expand the search. Some of the families may have migrated to Ulster County and later to Canada." If it is of any help, the area that was Musketa Cove, today is the City of Glen Cove (incorporated and became independent of the Town of Oyster Bay in 1918). Musketa Cove in the 1700-1800s was a hamlet (an unincorporated community), as was the Hamlet of Oyster Bay, in the Town of Oyster Bay, Queens County.
