Hi all, I found this obit using http://www.genealogybuff.com: [Nassau Co., New York] Oct 6, 2000 Robert Dudley Bolger Robert Dudley Bolger, died at his home in Libertytown, Maryland. He was born May 9, 1911, 10th of the 11 surviving Thomas J. Bolger and Mary Ellen Daily. He was the husband of the late Elinor Agatha Parks of Brooklyn. Raised in New York, he held design and executive positions in several mens wear corporations. He moved to Sea Cliff in 1948 where he was an active supporter and initiator of numerous religious, civic, and educational activities. He was active in the Knights of Columbus, Holy Name Society, Catholic Evidence Guild, and Boy Scouts of America. He was particularly active in Saint Boniface Parish in Sea Cliff from 1940's to the 1990's. There he helped initiate, organize, and serve in various parish programs, including the Congraternity of Christian Doctrine, Parish Council, and Boy Scouts. He routinely served on numerous outreach initiatives. Until his recent illness, he was a regular comunicant, and he brought Communion to those unable to attend Church. He was a tireless personal benefactor of persons in need. He is survived by one brother, Jerome Bolger of Juno Beach, Florida, by four children, Marjorie O'Sullivan of Boca Raton, Florida, Robert of San Diego, California, Brian of Libertytown, Maryland, and Terence of Hanover, Pennsylvania, seventeen grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces. Funeral mass was held at Saint Boniface Church on Glen Avenue in Sea Cliff on Tuesday October 10th. Interment at Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury, Long Island.
