Hi All, In trying to obtain a birth and death certificate from the registrar of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park, I find it impossible - not that they do not have the certificates, they do, but the fee is out of hand. I am told and this message has been given to me via snail mail and over the phone and still same message. Here is what I am told: Each certificate will cost me $50.00 Is this a sham or is it true?
