You can order it at your nearest Church of Jesus Christ Church of Latter Day Saints Family History Center. Look in your phone book or on Familysearch.org. You can check names out on the 1880 census there too. You need only first and last name and a birth or death within 20 years. It also checks the IGI and the Social Security death index.
