My last name at birth was Damiano. I was born September 24, 1969 at what is now North Shore University Hospital in Syossett. A few days later I was taken to New Jersey and adopted to a family last name of Krulik. I am now married and live with my family near the Albany Area in New York. If anyone out there has any information at all please contact me. If any living relatives do not wish to meet me in person I understand, but I would like to know more about my background and possible medical history. Thank You
