My mom had one brother named George. I think that Grandfather was married before, but I do not know the womens name -she had two children and one was name Elizabeth who would have been born around 1917. My GreatGrandfather was George Duryea Smith .born abt 1857ny and My GreatGrandmother was Georgette born abt 1860 ny lived at 283 Front Street hempstead George D. Sr. head 65 yrs Georgette wife 62 yrs My mother is buried in the Smith family plot located at Greenfield Cemetery in Uniondale. Sec. 9 plots 208-209 & 222-223. I live in Columbus,Ohio. My name is Patricia Elizabeth Ann (O'Keeffe) Keller. My mother Marguerite Ann Smith married James Patrick O'Keeffe - he grew up in Mineola,LI-NY. I am looking to piece together family history on the Smith side.....as we have lost records. I guess my next step will be to call out to Greenfield to see who all is listed in those plots. My mother passed in 1988....and I did not give much attention to anything but her while at Greenfield. Regards, Patty
