I have acquired a big box of the Newsletter, The Epistle, published Machia,Maine. Alot of the issues are from the 1970's. I looked at a few issues and it seeems to be a correspondence between the editors,Rosemary E. Bachelor/ Harriet Webb and members of the Rice, Richmond, Carpenter and Batchelor and allied families. The editors answer questions, give genealogical advice, lineages, sources, addresses, history and much more. It covers lots of locales.
