There is NO record of any direct email communication from Lisa Ecker on this matter as she claimed. I keep record of EVERY SAMPUBCO messages. The transcribing takes considerable time - currently at 375+ and they are ahead of hers. For the record - the transcribing and posting requests are not accepted for now until the backlog of transcribing is caught up and will be offered only on limited basis time to time. Paper copies orders are going nicely and well within time frame. What I do NOT understand is the ones who live so close to the Family History Library in Salt Lake City and not disabled. All they could have done is pick up the information and go to the Library. I ran into several researchers who came from out of Utah loaded with information to do fast checking and copying themselves.
