    3. I have posted the 1766 Account of Supplies Given by Men of Egremont to Nobletown People, which was transcribed from microfilm by Susan Mulvey. In 1766, after New Yorkers attacked New Englanders owning land in Nobletown in the present Columbia Co., some land owners escaped to the east with their livestock (to Egremont in the present Berkshire Co., MA). This is an accounting of what was given or spent on the refugees, and for which reimbursement was sought. http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~clifflamere/ Go to Other Lists Of People where you can also find the 1757-1767 Noble Town Proprietors Meetings, which are notes kept for meetings of the land buyers/owners. There are also Nobletown baptisms and a few marriages posted on my site (provided by Susan Mulvey). And because of this connection between Columbia Co. and Berkshire Co., MA, I have also added vital records links to that county. Cliff
