I have information on the DUFEL family and maternal lines. 5 siblings came from Hille, Westphalia, Germany between 1864 and 1896 and located in the Mohawk valley: Christian who moved on to Iowa, married Wilhelmina BRANDHORST Marie (married Gustov DEZUR) and lived in Town of Florida, then Ft. Johnson area Louise (Married Charles BOOK) and lived in Niskayuna Henry Carl (owned the existing Dufel farm in Tribes Hill) married Wilhelmina KRUSE Frederick Carl (also farmed in Tribes Hill area), married Caroline THIENER (Thuener?)
