The Andrew McNutt, born in Palmer, MA, died in 1778, and his son Samuel McNutt was sent to live in home of his uncle, John McNutt in Rowe Franklin County, MA. Samuel lived for a time in Eastern New York, and then ended up as a lighthouse keeper at Sacket's Harbor, Livingston County ,New York "My" Andrew McNutt, also born in Massachusets, married at New Marlborough, Berkshire County, MA., moved to Montgomery County after the Rev. War., probably had a son Andrew. Could this have been the connection you seek? I am expecting several pieces of mail to establish the children of Andrew McNutt/Abigail Harmon/Esther.
